Charles Court, Cliftonville

Rockaby Hunter developed a full marketing strategy for Future Homes' collection of coastal apartments, from site presentation and creative approach to the business' first ever show home.

We were also appointed to manage the delivery of the sale of part of the scheme to heylo, the UK's largest affordable housing provider - the first of its kind in the area. Our solution included managing progression of this deal for 11 apartments and dovetailing heylo's crucial marketing requirements into a complex legal framework.

Briary Fields and West Kent Housing Association

Briary Fields is a selection of family homes near Margate in Kent. Rockaby Hunter were appointed to manage the sale of 7 houses to West Kent Housing Association (WKHA), from specification through to exchange and completion. This process required meeting agreed timescales and criteria set by both WKHA and their chartered surveyors as well as snagging and provision of as built specification.

East On Projects

During a time of great expansion for this client, Rockaby Hunter were appointed to advise East On Projects as they rebranded the parent company and launched their Media Solutions and Commercial Interiors brands.

A creative solution was devised that played on the Media Solutions division's specialism in broadcast design and build, using the well-known TV transmission colours in a "developing spectrum" logo that was then repurposed for the rest of the business.

The Fairways - Broadstairs

Uniquely for a marketing agency, Rockaby Hunter were appointed to manage both the overarching marketing strategy for this scheme of 18 exclusive apartments in a a gated woodside coastal location and the commercial procurement of the kitchens, bathrooms, show home, flooring, fitted wardrobes and tiling along with oversight of the sales process.

We delivered a full marketing plan covering creative design, social media and PR, along with a finished product that surpassed initial expectations, with Italian wardrobes, stunning kitchens from local specialists, Smallbone Interiors, and fabulous bathrooms with Porcelanosa tiling.
